Intel Updates Security Exploits

According to researchers, the two main potential bugs are called 'Spectre' which can affect chips made by Intel, AMD and ARM Holdings.

Spectre, meanwhile, does something similar only between different applications. Windows 7 and Windows 8, on the other hand, will not receive the automatic update; instead, they will be updated next Tuesday, the report added. Several sources within Apple also told AppleInsider that the latest update has patched "most" of the security concerns with the Intel vulnerability.

These are known bugs, leaving major US and European companies scrambling to secure customer devices through downloadable software patches. This could come in the form of a more aggressive marketing tactic or better security features for their CPUs.

Sacramento bookstores experience 'unprecedented' demand for Trump tell-all
But that doesn't mean that a majority of people believe him. "I can assure you we will be getting copies ourselves". Author Michael Wolff's sensational book on President Donald Trump's administration is the top seller online.

The processor works in tandem with your device, performing calculations (and storing tiny bits of data) from a range of applications simultaneously. So far Intel is not aware of exploits based on the two vulnerabilities. Fixes will involves software and firmware updates on both the hardware and the software sides. Amazon and Microsoft echoed Google's comments, claiming their cloud computing customers won't see reduced speeds.

While the revealations claimed that the security bug is affecting the devices with processors from AMD as well. The company also advises its users to ensure that users are careful to follow good practice to stay as safe as possible. If Intel was hoping to avoid lawsuits, however, it hasn't worked.

- Your important data-passwords, photos, e-mails and instant messages-are at risk because of a design flaw in Intel's processor chip. "Spectre is harder to exploit than Meltdown, but it is also harder to mitigate". All three cite the security vulnerability and Intel's delay in public disclosure. For now, the Pixel and Nexus users are only protected.

Trump boasts of being 'a very stable genius'
Critics of the book accused Wolff of violating confidentiality agreements as well as reporting half-truths and outright lies. He told host Nick Robinson his story "seems to present this presidency in such a way that it says he can't do his job".

According toApplelnsider, Apple has issued a partial fix to the issue with December's macOS 10.13.2. However, the news from yesterday forced Intel to bring its announcement forward. Researchers found the flaws, named Meltdown and Spectre, are related to how the chips are designed.

Desktop, Laptop, and Cloud computers may be affected by Meltdown.

In the case of some discrete workloads where the performance impact will initially be higher, Intel expects the impact to be reduced by additional post-deployment identification, testing and improvement of the software updates.

Bannon steps down from Breitbart News
During Trump's first year in office, Bannon's self-proclaimed reputation as a master strategist also turned out to be a sham. The president issued a scathing statement saying Bannon had "lost his mind" and he wanted nothing more to do with him.
