NASA says the launch is expected to be visible from much of the East Coast. Past launches have met a series of weather delays, but NASA is expecting a 95 percent favorable forecast. The supply run marks the second ISS mission for this type of spacecraft, The Washington Post reports.

"We were working no issues until an aircraft flew into restricted airspace". But that launch was at night, making it easy to see. "We are currently de-tanking and will be ready to go tomorrow morning".

Under NASA's Commercial Resupply Services contract, Cygnus will carry about 7,400 pounds of crew supplies and hardware to the space station, including science and research in support of dozens of research investigations that will occur during Expeditions 53 and 54. The first mission happened on October 17, 2016, after a failed attempt two years prior.
