The company also announced partnerships with 19 hardware manufacturers and chipset vendors to take its digital assistant beyond its Google Home speaker and mobile phones and launch it on stereo systems, cars and other consumer electronics devices, some of which will be available before the end of the year. Android users with the Nougat update have the Assistant, and for other users, Assistant is integrated into Allo, Google's chat application. After all, Google said it supports calling out with a private number, by default, and it will also provide the option to link your mobile number to Google Assistant.
The new software is created to run versions of Google apps that require less data. But it is expected that Google will release an official beta preview of Android O this week.
