Ronnie O'Sullivan makes winning start to World Championships

It was not the World Championship which was on O'Sullivan's mind this morning, though.

There was a wide smile from O'Brien once he knew he was on the board by taking frame nine, but it was largely a tale of disappointment for the 45-year-old, who won a two-hour deciding frame - the longest frame in professional snooker history - against David Gilbert in the final round of qualifying on Wednesday.

That grievance seemingly dates to an incident during his seventh Masters triumph when he publicly criticised a referee and swore at a photographer.

"I picked up the cue all because of watching him", said Yan.

Authorities: Tennessee student, teacher found in California
Cummins, a 50-year-old father and grandfather, was wanted on allegations of aggravated kidnapping and sexual contact with a minor. Deputies there found Cummins' Nissan Rogue and watched it for several hours before taking him into custody without incident.

Since victory at the Masters in January, O'Sullivan has only replied to questions by the media with one or two-word answers, and has also sung an Oasis song in reply.

Wilson turned to driving taxis when the early years of his chosen career proved a struggle, but better recent fortunes have seen him able to concentrate on snooker.

Prompted by another Twitter user, O'Sullivan added: "It's defo not a wind up. they promised me I'd get a trophy and nothing yet". "In future would I like to play like that again?"

Wilson was clearly disappointed at the defeat, but was pleased to have put on a good showing on his Crucible debut. "But I think with those three, if they get on a roll and get in a zone they're unplayable".

HTC announces VIVE product launch in India
The HTC VIVE package contains wireless VR controllers, Head Mounted Display with a built-in camera, and room scale moment sensors. "Vive has transformed the way we interact with the world, bringing ultimate mainstream experience to the consumer".

Ding, who has the one ranking tournament win to his credit this season, the Shanghai Masters, and reached the final of the International Championship, has proved an inspiration to many young Chinese. "Drop me out, I don't need you, you probably don't need me".

"The more matches you win there the more invincible you feel in yourself". I could go and do Big Brother, I could go and do I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here, I could have a great life doing other stuff.

"I've taken less breaks and have just been going on the practice table and staying there until I am done, rather than going away and playing on my phone".

"I think it was nice to get it out of the way", said Trump, describing the relief at ending his losing streak in finals.

Jesus returns to boost City's Cup bid
Brazil global Jesus has been sidelined since breaking a bone in his foot in February but returned to training earlier this month. I am so happy he joined us here but then he could only play two or three weeks so that is why I am so happy.

Both of the best-of-19 matches will play to a finish on Sunday. Yan became the first player born this century to play at the Crucible, and the victor of that clash plays O'Sullivan next.
