Vertu today took the wraps off of its latest luxury Android smartphone. It features a 5.5-inch (2,560 x 1,440) WQHD AMOLED display that, with over 3.6 million pixels, clocks in at an impressive 538 PPI. Acknowledging that many Vertu customers live and travel across multiple countries, Constellation is the first Vertu device to support Dual Sim technology.
Other features of the new Vertu Constellation include a Snapdragon 820 processor, 4GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, a microSD card slot, NFC, 3220mAh battery, USB Type-C, and wireless charging. The Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow phone will also have a 12MP rear camera that supports up to 1.55 micro pixels, and Dolby Digital Plus-supported sound for its front-facing speakers on the top and bottom. Calls will benefit from uplink noise cancelling and HD Voice support, and Silent Circle is securing the Constellation's communications.Читайте также: How Does Medical Properties Trust, Inc. The Vertu Constellation is made out of anodised aluminium and finished with leather "sourced from a specialist, family-run tannery in Italy". An inset ruby located on the side of the phone doubles as a button that offers access to Vertu's 24-hour Concierge service, for when you need help with a very important booking. However, if for some reason you have the cash on hand, you can go to the company's website to register your interest in the Vertu Constellation before it comes out sometime in mid-February. There's no word on pricing yet, but Vertu's phones typically cost thousands of dollars, so don't be surprised if the Constellation's price tag is similar.
